Depents on what your doctor ordered you to take. You know your dose, you know what you have so you can count how long it will take to finish your prescription. Normaly it takes 1 or 2 work days to get the new one after you ordered it at your doctors office.

need to renew my oxycodone do i have to wait full 28 days or can i be renew sooner?
i have a dose to take 2 tablets once a day but that last me about 18 days I could go and ask for a doese of 3 a day but like to go renew prescription that was issues on 28th and i be about out on 16th is it ok to go ask for renew my medication or will that rise red flag that im coming so soon ?

It could rise the red flag. Some doctors are more strict then others. It is hard to say how your doctor is.
I know that my doctor would not give it sooner. My doctor is careful and doesn't give those kind of drugs quickly. You can try, and you will see what your doctor does. We cant predict what your doctor will do or say. Just try and you will see.

Asking is never a straight up blacklist, if you explain the reason why you need more or a higher dose in a honest way and not some kind of bullshit story i can't see a reason why they wouldn't.
Although it is a matter of trust does this person know you're exact situation, have you seen him a lot told everything that's causing the need of this medication. After many years of prescribed medication and different doctors i can just call for a full re-stock. But i won't have to call the week after i picked up for a re-stock well i could but you probably can't otherwise you wouldn't ask. Its all based on trust.
For example last week i made a call that my sleeping pills just didn't quite worked the way they are supposed to next day i picked up a new kind of pill.
Just be honest and you will be fine.

i will give a try after the 18 days are up i was scripted before 3 doses a day now i get 2 a day and they last about 9 hours so i take one every 9 hours so that runs me little short i know they dont have issue renewing my xanax recept every two weeks but i know oxy is little different drug and might not be renewed that often i would assume
