Je start het programma op kiest een doses, doet je koptelefoon op (geen boxen), je doet je ogen dicht, en wacht maar af, na een tijdje begint het echt te werken. Ik heb net ''Trip1'' uitgeprobeerd en ik merkte het al gelijk!
