I need advice, and quick

ive decided to stop using altogether and would love some friendly realistic advice, for instance what doctors in eindhoven, i can ring for help with short notice these things. sorry for not typing dutch but with sickness creeping not in the mood

Going cold turkey is de fastest way, but certainly not the easiest!
If you decide to stop maybe its better, like the duck says, to use anyway.
As little as possible off course, but still.
if ya smoke just a little each time you start gettin really sick, and pospone that a little longer each time... the hard part is to really just smoke a little bit.
Its hard to resist to smoke more then you really need just to feel better.
Once you start, and you feel better, stop at once!
if you smoke even a bit more , just to fell that little rush of relaxation it wont be efficient.

anyway, probably a better succesrate then stoppping cold turkey at once.

Thanks a million for your replys , Thats what I have decieded to do, I was thinking about it and figured out on my own ill fuck up more then likely , so for the start my girlfriend is going to hold on to the only stuff i have left, and then like you said when I start really getting sick im going to smoke untill i feel a tiny bit hungry or at ease, but not stoned of feeling the head swim as we say back home, I find that just knowing that even if I get SUPER sick I dont have to if i dont want too, its already making sitting around sick much much easier, anyother advice on how to know enough is enough, same size lines on same size foil to always know im using less the next time? eg less and less each time,
