Perhaps surprisingly, I actually didn't find 2Cs a problem with tram. I have used a few of them since being on my tramadol script (starting before the LSD incident - wouldn't have risked it otherwise) and other than a bit of potentiation they seemed to get along okay.
I would still advise against it though.
Mainly cos tramadol is so feckin' messy and unpredictable in combinations that it's just not worth the risk. But also as it's not a combo of any value. I only combined them cos I'm on a daily tram script and prior experience (before the LSD incident) suggested that they don't interact much for me. The tramadol adds absolutely nothing - no synergy or the like - but if I don't take it then I go into combined opioid and SNRI withdrawal which is not so great if you're tripping. I'm currently tapering the tram and intend to cut it out completely as it's just way too dangerous to take unless you give up recreational drugs.
Short answer: I noticed no serious interactions and also no reason to combine them (unless perhaps you take tramadol daily anyway). I would definitely recommend avoiding combining tramadol with pretty much anything else. Over 600 "severe" (ie potentially fatal) known interactions just with other prescription meds let alone recreational drugs. Not worth the risk, I'd say.
Wie weet hier meer van? Ik wil graag 100% zeker weten dat er geen gekke dingen gebeuren als ik 2c-b neem.
