My opinion on ecstasy
The following text is based on my opinions, experiences and knowledge. I hope it can help some people that are going to use this drug for the first time and I love to hear if some people do or don't recognize themselves. I'd also love to hear the opinions on the subject if this drug can be used as a tool.
I have tried many different drugs in my life and this is the best harddrug I have ever tried. I experimented many times with this drug and I still believe it can improve a person's outlook on life and the way he/she feels about life. I also believe that this drug can be used as a tool to overcome social-axiety by loosening a person and giving them the confidence to overcome the fear that prohibits their capability on speaking. In axiety, insecureties are the triggers that create this fear. When a person popped ecstasy and did have had really good converstations, this person can build the confidence and ways to do this in daily life without the drug. When done properly with the right mindset and proposotion it does has influence on the way you think about different things. I know it also can go the wrong way, but I believe this lies in most cases within the person's mindset, the person had been misinformed, the dose is too high or the person doesn't pay any attention to health.
Addictive?
I believe it can be addictive to some people but almost everything in life can be addictive. It isn't the drug that creates the addiction it is the habit of daily use that creates it. Always remember that you must enjoy daily life when not using to not become an addict Always stay focussed on the goals you want to reach in life and the daily routines you must do.
The after effects
In the beginning it was a really strange feeling. I never had such feeling before and the first time will always be the time you peak the most. Because you go really hard the first time the after effects are also a lot stronger. For me it was an empty feeling and I just wanted to chill and recover from the night. Music, a joint and some lying down really maked it a lot easier for me to come through the day. For me it seemed that I don't quite get things on that day and think 'what the fuck' all day long. I don't find it a pleasurable feeling but I surely able to handle it. I do talk less the day after but I still am capable to talk when I need to. I see it as the price I pay for the night. It is a responsability of myself. It is a decision I made.
Tips for safer drug use:
- Never lose sight of the goals you want to reach in life.
- Always get some sleep. I have noticed that sleep is really important for many things in your body and mind to function properly.
- Try to handle the after effects in the right way. Don't behave a lot different to other people than you normally do. You have chosen to take the drug so it is your responsability and not theirs.
- Don't think that the drug can make daily life better by using it more because than it will destroy you.
- Set a right limit and a right dose for yourself.
- Do eat the next day also if you're not hungry.
- Test your drugs to be sure of what you are actually taking.
